Have you always been curious about leather work? This is your chance to learn about it! This class is great if you are just starting out in the craft and would like to learn basic skills, or if you wish to refine your techniques. We will introduce you to different leather types and their various uses, and leather tools. Next; the layout and pattern design of your project, cutting options, glue up and preparation for sewing, sewing techniques, and conclude with edge work and finishing techniques. You will have choice of projects: a journal cover, wallet, shaving kit bag, or belt, and will have some different patterns and designs to choose from in all these. Depending on time, you should complete a project or two, and leave with something you’ll use every day!
